NICEIC registered contractors are expected to provide a quality service to their customers.

Having thoroughly assessed and monitored us, the NICEIC stand behind the quality of our work and believe that as a consumer you should have peace of mind.

The Platinum Promise means that if you are not happy with the work that is done by us and they agree that it is deficient, the NICEIC will help to put it right.

The Platinum Promise is our commitment to you to make sure that our installation work is safe and meets the required regulations.

Even in the event that the NICEIC registered installer is no longer able to rectify work that is unsafe or does not meet the required regulations.

The NICEIC will commission remedial work to make the work compliant using an alternative contractor up to the maximum value of £25,000.

Taking all of the above into account, it’s a wise decision to choose an NICEIC contractor.
