The Project
This project came to us after Gerry and his family purchased a beautiful property in Bearsden, Glasgow. Within the first few months of moving in, the telltale signs were already there — flickering lights and an electrical installation that clearly wasn’t fit for modern living. A full rewire was the only safe, long-term solution, and Gerry got in touch with our team to make it happen.
The Challenge
Bearsden is home to a real mix of properties — from traditional semis to large detached villas — and many of them carry ageing electrical installations that simply can’t keep pace with the demands of a modern household. In Gerry’s case, the situation was compounded by ongoing work from a new builder, which meant our team needed to be flexible and responsive throughout the project, often turning around visits within 48 hours or even the same day to resolve issues as they arose.
