Our aftercare service supports you after your house rewire. Here is what is included, and how to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
What happens after your rewire
Handover is not the end of the job. Take time to review your property after installation and note any queries as you find them — it is much easier to deal with everything in one go than to remember it piecemeal weeks later.
You can call our office on 0141 459 5909, email us, or raise your query using the form at the bottom of this page. We will come back to you and confirm whether what you have found is a snag or a change request.
We also follow up with an aftercare call on completion, and you are reachable by phone, email or message at any time. You will have had a dedicated office team, a project manager and on-site electricians throughout the job — the same people are still here afterwards.

Snag or change request?
When you get in touch we will confirm which of the two your query is, so you know up front whether there is anything to pay.

Snag
An issue with the agreed installation that needs correcting. We will rectify this for no extra charge.

Change request
Any alteration, addition, or extra work outside the original proposal. This will be chargeable, and we will confirm the price before starting.
